Kim Driscoll

Kim Driscoll is a women’s empowerment and leadership coach, speaker, and founder of Unlocked & Empowered.

As the co-founder of EmpowHER Circle, Kim is dedicated to fostering a community where women support, collaborate, and grow together. She believes true empowerment happens when women take aligned action and surround themselves with the right circle.

Outside of work, Kim finds joy in at the gym or yoga studio, getting lost in a good book, and spending time in nature.

In addition to her work with The EmpowHer Circle, Nichol is also the founder of Nicholistic Lifestyle—a brand that celebrates fashion, beauty, style, and the art of living your best life.

What drives Nichol most is the opportunity to uplift others and create spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported. She is passionate about authenticity, self-expression, and curating a life filled with purpose, joy, and bold style. Whether it’s through leadership circles or lifestyle inspiration, her goal is always to help women step into their power and thrive.

Jen supports EmpowHER Circle virtually from the Pacific Northwest and is the founder of Yerly & Co LLC.

As our OBM, Jen keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes; managing systems, automations, memberships, website, and event and newsletter communications.

What started as a connection with Kim through a virtual personal development event grew into a partnership—first as her VA, then OBM for Unlocked & Empowered. When Kim and Nichol dreamed up EmpowHER Circle, she was honored to be part of bringing this vision to life.

In my personal time, I find joy in connecting with the world around me. I enjoy immersing myself in nature, journaling for reflection and clarity, along with exploring museums that inspire creativity and thought. I appreciate live music, have a passion for cars, and love discovering new foods and wines. I also enjoy anime as a creative escape that blends storytelling and imagination.

I’m the Co-Founder of Elite Sales Solutions and Ingredient and International broker for U.S. brands. I also manage Sales Operations and AP/AR for my husband’s company, Chesapeake EquipmentServices. I’m a proud mom of two adult boys, and I’m passionate about empowering women, building genuine connections, and supporting others in becoming the best version of themselves.

Founded after 21 years in the healthcare field, this business was created to allow more time with my family while pursuing a lifelong passion for creativity and personalization. I specialize in custom graphic apparel and hats using sublimation, direct to garment (DTG), and direct to film (DTF) application. Every item is thoughtfully designed with care, comfort and style in mind whether it's a custom order, small business branding, team apparel or meaningful gift. At the core CCLLC's mission is to create high quality, personalized products including totes, stickers, tumblers, koozies more that help customers express themselves while supporting a local, mom-owned business. I believe creativity brings people together and that custom apparel should feel personal, fun and made with intention. Outside of the business, I'm a proud mom of three-one girl and two boys-and loves being active and fully involved in their lives. Hello! My name is Amanda, and I’m a psychotherapist, program director, and entrepreneur. I serve as Program Director at Beyond Health, where I lead programs that promote mental wellness, personal growth, and meaningful connections for individuals and communities dealing with addiction and mental health struggles. I’m also the founder of Anew Wellness, a consulting company where I help new organizations build programs and structures from the ground up, guiding them to create impactful, sustainable services. What drives me is seeing people and organizations thrive, embrace love, and create lives and systems full of purpose and connection.

Outside of work, I am deeply devoted to my family. I have been with the love of my life for 15 incredible years, and together we are raising three amazing children. Our home is full of laughter, love, and energy, including the joyful chaos of my three fur-baby dogs.

I am passionate about travel, learning, and new experiences, always seeking to expand my perspective and creativity. I love building lasting memories with my family, celebrating life’s big and small moments. At the heart of everything I do personally and professionally, is love, connection, and authenticity, and I strive to surround myself with like-minded people who share those values.
